when we are running on total body electric, we command
our lives! and just how is that balance achieved? by being
the best finely tuned, the highest energy, the most
joyous being in the space we hold.
The human being functions optimally at a ph balance that
is on a little teetertotter level found somewhere between
acid & alkaline which brings health into perfection. This
level eliminates the candida/cancer factor, it allows the
organs to perform optimally and generally makes for a
superbly happy human being.
But how do we find that perfect balance?
The answer lies in what & how we feed our bodies. The
recommendation is 80% raw foods. What? How can that
be achieved? By juicing, of course! And eating foods that
FEED our bodies & make us feel fulfilled! Many folks are
content with the filling feeling of a sandwich or a big
meal that satisfies the palate but how can we translate
that complete feeling into live foods? A fresh salad may
not be able to do that for everyone.
ENCHANTED VALLEY FARM has translated
this food feeling from the white flour full feeling into
the live food feeling by producing a complete line of
foods that provide a total protein, vitamin & mineral
fulfillment for the necessary daily requirements we all
need in a wonderfully tasty assortment of "fast foods"!
We use mostly raw ingredients to make our pestos,
spreads, & live sprouted hummus. Amino acids are added
to everything & most of our products are vegan!
It is REAL FOOD! our bodies thrive on it! they love it!
Our salad dressings are made with Dr. Udo's Oils and our
customers tell us they CRAVE it! Why? Because our
bodies need these nutrients so much! We are the only
known company to use Black Sesame Seed Tahini in our
Hummus in the industry, we call it the "Caviar of
Hummus". It is lower in fat and 14% higher in calcium
than any other available. And the taste is incredible!
